As a student of Derby College of Art, Philip Parry-Jones studied painting, graphic design and illustration. After graduating, he moved to London working in mainstream advertising agencies as Art Director and Designer.

His paintings have been exhibited in Derby, Dublin, Canterbury and London.

With inspiration drawn from extensive travels, his works trace gentle narratives through a variety of landscapes.

Stylistically, Philip's background in design is never far from the surface and gives each painting a structure from which a unique composition is born.
